Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Host to be the first welcoming contact for our guests, responsible for establishing the premium dining atmosphere with grace and assurance throughout their shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience hosting in high-end restaurants
- Familiarity with reservation platforms like Seven Rooms, OpenTable, Triple Seat, or ResPAK
- Professional appearance and strong communication abilities
- Proven track record of surpassing guest expectations
- Flexible and capable multitasking
- Strong dedication and proactive mindset
- Friendly demeanor with authentic engagement in daily operations
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management
- Willingness to work varied shifts including openings, closings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
