Role Overview

The position of Host at Solis located in Battersea Power Station is integral to delivering an unforgettable guest experience. The Host will be the welcoming face of the venue, infusing energy and enthusiasm to create a lively and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing seating creatively, sharing engaging insights about the menu and beverage offerings, supporting event coordination, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations. The role also offers cross-training opportunities in various restaurant functions.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host managing guest greeting and seating is essential.
• An outgoing, energetic personality with a flair for engaging guests.
• Familiarity with table reservation software such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or Tripleseat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to perform well in a high-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
