We are seeking a Hospitality Associate to join the team at Holy Sin Cafes. This role plays a crucial part in delivering top-notch hospitality service to our clientele. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of hospitality protocols alongside strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and promptly attend to their needs ensuring excellent service.
• Manage bookings and reservations diligently, maintaining precise records and offering detailed information to clients.
• Engage in clear and effective communications in English with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form to facilitate smooth operations.
• Support the planning and execution of events to guarantee flawless and memorable experiences for attendees.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all hospitality spaces including lobbies, dining areas, and guest rooms.
• Offer helpful suggestions and guidance regarding nearby attractions, dining establishments, and transport options to enrich client visits.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain and uphold the high hospitality standards established by Dorm Hub and Holy Sin Cafes.
