Compensation and Benefits
This Hospitalist/Nocturnist role offers a guaranteed salary of $350,000 along with a $25,000 quality performance bonus. Additional financial incentives include a $35,000 sign-on bonus and a 100% student loan repayment program. Responsibilities and Facility Details
The position is based at a newly built, modern 228-bed hospital. Shift schedule consists of seven nights on and seven nights off, working from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., providing double coverage alongside third-year residents, Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), and Registered Nurse (RN) liaisons. Support is available from an Electronic Intensive Care Unit (EICU) and on-site intensivists. The hospitalist team manages hospital floor patients, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
