About the Role
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. invites applications for the position of Hospital Coordinator based in Ajmer, Rajasthan. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective interaction and coordination among patients, doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments to maintain efficient hospital operations and quality patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges in partnership with medical and nursing personnel.
- Serve as a communication bridge between patients, healthcare providers, billing, diagnostics, and front desk teams.
- Guide patients and their attendants through hospital procedures, documentation, and services.
- Monitor the flow of patients to guarantee timely medical consultations and treatments.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds by organizing and updating patient records.
- Address patient feedback and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standard operating procedures, protocols, and maintain quality standards.
- Keep thorough records related to patient coordination and daily hospital activities.
- Coordinate support services including housekeeping, pharmacy, and diagnostics to fulfill patient needs.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in healthcare delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in hospital coordination, patient services, or healthcare operations; experience in hospital or clinical settings is advantageous.
- Graduate degree in any field required; advanced qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or similar disciplines are preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective coordination across multiple departments.
- Strong patient-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office and hospital information systems.

Working Conditions and Benefits
