About Razano Rapid Service
Razano is a home healthcare provider specializing in care for elderly patients. Their Razano Rapid service dispatches nurses on two-wheelers for prompt short-duration home visits in Sectors 47 to 57 of Gurgaon, promising arrival within 20 to 30 minutes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹18,000
- Additional ₹30 bonus for each visit, with approximately 8 visits daily, adding around ₹6,000+ monthly
- Petrol costs covered separately
- Provision of uniform, ID card, and complete medical kit with supplies
Working Hours
Day shift of roughly 10 hours per day, working 6 days weekly with one day off. Nurse receives assignments through the Razano mobile app.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification (ANM nurses with strong injection experience also considered)
- Valid nursing council registration
- Minimum 1-year experience in hospital or home-care settings
- Possession of a personal two-wheeler, valid driving license, and smartphone
- Basic understanding of Hindi and English adequate for reading medical prescriptions
Key Responsibilities
- Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections per medical prescriptions
- Give insulin injections using syringe and insulin pen and monitor blood sugar levels with a glucometer
- Carry out vital signs monitoring: blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and temperature, recording results in writing
- Perform wound dressing including simple, post-operative, bedsore, and diabetic foot care
- Remove stitches and surgical staples
- Manage urinary catheter care and change colostomy bags
- Administer nebulization therapy using patient’s equipment
- Organize weekly pill boxes and instruct families on insulin pen administration
- Conduct hospital discharge visits to review discharge summaries, medications, and wound conditions
- Ensure safe disposal of sharps and biomedical waste according to protocols
- Identify signs of medical distress and promptly alert doctors or emergency services (112)
