Job Overview

We are seeking a Home Loan Executive to join our team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. This role involves meeting customers at their homes, workplaces, or property sites to explain and facilitate home loan applications. The candidate will manage the loan process from initial customer interaction through to disbursement, ensuring timely documentation and coordination with banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting customers at various locations to discuss home loan options and eligibility.
• Guiding customers through the required documentation and verifying these documents.
• Helping customers complete their home loan application forms accurately.
• Submitting completed files to the office in line with bank requirements.
• Liaising with both customers and banking officials to resolve any pending documentation issues.
• Regularly following up to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their loan application, sanction, and disbursement stages.
• Visiting customers post-sanction for signing agreements and completing formalities.
• Coordinating disbursement activities with banks for seamless processing.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification of Pre-University Course (PUC) or a degree.
• Experience in banking, home loans, insurance, real estate, or field sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to travel within Bangalore as required for customer visits.
• Possess fundamental knowledge regarding documentation and customer management.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Ownership of a smartphone for communication and work purposes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed base salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month.
