Home Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team at a renowned retail company. This role involves actively delivering groceries to customers while representing the company's commitment to excellent service and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, following proper procedures for lifting and manual handling.
• Drive carefully, adhering strictly to all road safety practices.
• Perform vehicle checks before and during shifts to ensure operational safety.
• Maintain the quality of food items during transportation to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive connections with customers.
• Support in-store tasks when required, demonstrating flexibility.
• Work independently, managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Adapt to variable shift patterns, which may range from early mornings at 6am to late evenings until 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Heightened awareness and commitment to road safety at all times.
