Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Iceland Foods, based in Brampford Speke, England. This role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, serving as a vital link between the company and its clientele while ensuring excellent service and safe handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures for loading delivery vans safely, including managing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Consistently practice safe driving techniques to ensure personal and others' safety.
• Conduct routine checks on delivery vans to maintain vehicle condition and safety compliance.
• Guarantee that food products are delivered to customers in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Iceland brand positively in all interactions.
• Offer assistance within the store as needed, adapting to varied duties.
• Operate independently with effective time management and flexibility, including working shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Be reliable and punctual with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a strong focus on road safety and adhere to all regulations.
