About the Role

We are seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join the Iceland Foods team in Barmouth, Wales. This position offers an hourly wage of 13.71. The successful candidate will play a crucial role delivering groceries and serving as the friendly face of the company to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van-loading protocols, including manual handling and lifting
• Operate delivery vehicle adhering to road safety and driving standards
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability
• Deliver food items maintaining their quality and condition
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact positively with customers
• Assist with in-store duties when needed
• Manage workload independently and use time efficiently
• Be flexible to work varying shift patterns between 6am and 11pm

Qualifications and Attributes

• Possess a full driving license held for minimum three years, with a maximum of six penalty points
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Demonstrate punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
• Maintain a strong awareness and commitment to road safety practices
