About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver based in Harrow, England, delivering groceries within the M25 area. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and connecting with customers face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load the delivery van, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Follow all safe driving protocols consistently.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks before and during shifts.
• Ensure food deliveries arrive to customers in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout each delivery.
• Assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
• Manage your time independently and efficiently.
• Be flexible with working hours, which can range from early mornings (6am) to late evenings (11pm).

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of road safety rules and practices.
