About the Role

Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver based in Kingston Upon Hull, England. This full-time, onsite position offers an hourly wage of £13.71 and provides the opportunity to engage actively with customers and help deliver quality service while being mobile throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow correct procedures for safely loading the van, including handling heavy items and manual lifting.
• Drive safely by consistently adhering to road safety practices.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before setting out on deliveries.
• Ensure that food items are delivered to customers in excellent condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service during deliveries, representing the Iceland brand directly to customers.
• Assist with store duties when necessary.
• Work independently by managing time and tasks efficiently.
• Be flexible to work various shifts that may start as early as 6am and end as late as 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude, with a strong focus on delivering good customer experiences.
• Be reliable and punctual, able to meet deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrate a thorough awareness of road safety principles.
