Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves driving and delivering groceries safely and efficiently while engaging positively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out proper van loading procedures, including manual handling and lifting.
• Follow strict safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness before starting deliveries.
• Maintain the quality of food items, ensuring deliveries arrive in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during direct customer interactions.
• Assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
• Work independently, managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Be flexible to work various shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Show a strong commitment to road safety awareness.
