Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging positively with customers. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will represent the company by delivering groceries safely and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service and care for the products.

Key Duties

• Load delivery vans safely following proper manual handling and lifting protocols.
• Adhere to safe driving practices at all times while on the road.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before starting deliveries.
• Ensure grocery items are delivered in optimum condition, maintaining product quality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and interact kindly with customers.
• Assist with store duties as needed to support the team.
• Manage time independently to fulfill delivery routes efficiently.
• Adapt to varying shift patterns between 6am and 11pm, maintaining flexibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full driving license for a minimum of 3 years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, friendliness, and enthusiasm for providing excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Possess a strong awareness of road safety regulations and practices.
