Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking reliable Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Inverness, Scotland. This role involves delivering groceries to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery while representing the company with excellent service. Drivers will enjoy being active and engaging with people while working independently on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, including handling heavy goods properly.
• Follow all safe driving practices and adhere to road safety standards.
• Perform routine vehicle checks before and after driving.
• Ensure that delivered food items reach customers in optimal condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Assist with in-store duties as needed.
• Manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts that vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, friendliness, and passion for excellent customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Exhibit strong awareness and practice of road safety.
