Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service while engaging actively with customers on the road. This role offers an opportunity to work independently, stay active, and be a vital connection between Iceland and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and safe van loading techniques, including handling heavy lifting and manual tasks.
• Follow all safe driving regulations and practices consistently.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before commencing deliveries.
• Maintain the quality of food deliveries to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Assist in store duties when necessary.
• Effectively manage your schedule and work independently.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns, with working hours between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Possess a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for outstanding customer care.
• Reliable and punctual, capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate a high level of road safety awareness.
