Job Overview

The role comprises three distinct helper positions: Domestic Helper, House Helper, and Electrician, each involving a variety of household and maintenance duties in customer residences in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Domestic Helper Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors regularly.
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly.
• Wash utensils and assist in laundry and ironing activities.
• Organize household items neatly and provide general household assistance.
• Help with packing and unpacking when needed.
• Adhere strictly to customer instructions while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

House Helper Duties

• Offer support with routine household tasks and cleaning.
• Arrange and organize household belongings efficiently.
• Assist in moving furniture and appliances as necessary.
• Provide aid to other home service professionals and help with basic home maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at customer premises.

Electrician Tasks

• Install and repair lighting fixtures, fans, switches, and sockets.
• Handle electrical wiring and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Set up MCBs, distribution boards, and other electrical accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
• Install LED lights and related electrical equipment.
• Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance following safety regulations.
• Communicate work details and charges clearly to customers.
• Update job status via the company application.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in household work is preferred for Domestic Helper roles, but freshers may apply.
• Applicants must exhibit good conduct, communication skills, and reliability.
• Ability to work at various customer locations is essential.
• House Helpers should be physically fit, hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, and possess basic smartphone knowledge; prior experience is advantageous.
• Electricians should ideally have ITI or electrical qualifications and demonstrate experience, knowledge of domestic electrical tasks, troubleshooting abilities, customer communication, and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Possessing personal electrical tools and a two-wheeler is beneficial for electrician candidates.

Additional Information

This position requires readiness to travel to various customer sites. Candidates must maintain professionalism and ensure cleanliness and safety while performing duties.

Salary Details

The monthly salary package ranges between INR 10,000 and INR 15,000.
