Job Overview

The Hedge Fund Manager will be responsible for directing investment policies, managing portfolio allocations, and ensuring the firm’s objectives regarding risk and returns are met. Daily tasks encompass market and security analysis, trade execution, performance monitoring, and position adjustments based on research and market fluctuations. Collaboration with fund accounting and operations teams is essential to guarantee precise reporting, compliance adherence, and effective investor relations. This is a full-time, on-location position based in Dubai requiring active interaction with internal teams and external parties including brokers, research analysts, and potential investors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in financial and investment management, capable of developing and deploying robust investment strategies.
• Proficient in investments and trading operations such as security selection, order execution, and portfolio rebalancing.
• Knowledgeable in fund accounting processes essential for accurate valuation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities, experienced with financial modeling and market data tools.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar disciplines; advanced degrees or certifications like CFA are advantageous.
