Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Heating Air Conditioning Technician for a full-time, on-site position in Doha. The technician will be tasked with the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to guarantee optimal functioning and occupant comfort across residential, commercial, and hospitality venues. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting system faults, executing preventive maintenance routines, inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing elements connected to HVAC equipment, and ensuring all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to repair requests promptly and document all service actions.
• Support scheduled inspections and maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and building occupants about system conditions and necessary repairs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in diagnosing and fixing HVAC system problems efficiently.
• Competent in necessary plumbing tasks associated with HVAC installations and condensate management.
• Experienced in conducting preventive maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, and calibrations of HVAC components.
• Knowledgeable about EPA guidelines and safe refrigerant handling, with certifications as applicable.
• Skilled in electrical work related to HVAC systems, including wiring, control circuits, motors, and safety mechanisms.
• Preferred possession of formal technical training or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or equivalent disciplines.
• Background in servicing HVAC systems within residential, commercial, or hospitality contexts is advantageous.
• Able to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and use diagnostic tools proficiently.
• Committed to upholding safety protocols, delivering quality workmanship, and complying with company and regulatory standards.
• Good communication skills, capable of working independently and within a team environment.
