Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Monaghan. No prior experience is necessary as we provide accredited QQI training and continuous professional development opportunities to help you succeed in this meaningful role. The position involves supporting individuals with their daily living activities, personal care, and promoting their independence.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years of compensated home care experience OR a QQI Level 5 qualification in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (assistance to obtain qualification offered)
- Possession of a valid full driving licence and access to a car
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Availability to work alternate weekends is essential
