About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Healthcare AI Solution Engineer with the mindset of a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE). This position is ideal for a unique engineering leader who can integrate business insights and technological expertise to navigate complex healthcare operations. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable, efficient solutions, write robust production code, incorporate AI capabilities, and achieve significant business results.

The role demands complete accountability from identifying challenges to architecting, developing, implementing, and continuously refining solutions.
Healthcare Domain Expertise
- Profound experience in healthcare payer or provider sectors.
- Knowledge in Member Enrollment and Eligibility processes.
- Expertise in Claims Processing and Adjudication.
- Provider Management proficiency.
- Understanding Healthcare EDI, specifically HIPAA X12 transactions.
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration.
Technical Skills
- Full stack application development using .NET / C# and Python.
- Architecture and development of cloud-native applications on Azure Cloud.
- AI and Intelligent Systems: designing and implementing AI and LLM solutions.
- Experience with generative AI technologies and agentic AI workflows.
- Working knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) methods.
