Job description
Job Overview
As a Health Processor, you will be responsible for managing essential health payer operations including member enrollment, premium billing, payment posting, provider demographic updates, and processing medical claims. You will also handle customer service duties and work to resolve inquiries from providers and members efficiently.
Eligibility and Education
- Graduate degree in any discipline such as BA, BBA, BCA, BSc, or BCom completed in 2025 or 2026.
- Applicants with master's or professional degrees like BE, B Tech, or M Tech are not eligible.
Working Conditions & Schedule
- Work from office is required.
- Shift timings are flexible, either from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
- The schedule operates on a hybrid model, with mandatory office presence during training and periods of high work volume.
