- Embed user perspectives deeply into product development, fostering user-centered thinking across teams and departments.
- Measure the impact of UX initiatives via KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, Trustscores, and external review platforms, and initiate targeted improvements accordingly.
- Work closely with product management, development, customer service, marketing, and other stakeholders to harmonize differing views and successfully bring projects to completion.
- Implement effective UX methodologies and promote innovative approaches that continuously enhance our product experiences, evaluating trends and technologies for their value and integrating them thoughtfully.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience leading UX or product design teams, utilizing coaching, goal setting, and performance management to develop employees.
- Proven ability to align and persuade various stakeholders even amid conflicting interests, demonstrating tangible success in advancing UX initiatives that positively impact business results.
- A passionate UX professional with solid skills in UX and product design, comprehensive digital product development experience, and a keen sense for design aesthetics combined with psychological insight.
- Deep commitment to user-centered design principles as foundational to building successful digital products.
- Dedication not only to customer success but also to supporting your team and the broader company objectives.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English; experience in e-commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
Benefits and Culture
- A welcoming seven-member team eager to collaborate with you.
- Work-life balance supported by 30 days of vacation and the option to work remotely two days per week.
- Comprehensive onboarding including a dedicated onboarding week, mentorship program, and structured induction and probation guides.
- Inclusive culture encouraging employees to contribute ideas, pitch projects, and help shape Pixum’s future.
- Access to internal training, a digital learning platform, and diverse educational opportunities within the corporate group.

- Health initiatives including physiotherapy massages during the holiday season, employee assistance programs, sports company events, and support for Urban Sports memberships.
- Entertainment options such as table football, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch available onsite.
- Family support including an on-site parent-child room for childcare emergency, five paid child sick days, and additional flexibility for new parents.
- Additional perks like corporate discounts, stock programs, partnerships with local cultural institutions, and accessible photo printer stations at the office.
