Role Overview
As the Head Bartender, you are a key figure in delivering outstanding guest experiences by managing bar operations with high standards, promoting a hospitable atmosphere, and leading a team that consistently meets guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests warmly, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor, actively seeking to enhance their experience.
- Oversee all bar functions, including ensuring stations are fully stocked, orderly, and running in line with established procedures.
- Support smooth service flow by preparing drinks for servers, handling transactions, and fostering collaboration between bar and service staff.
- Lead and develop the bar team by scheduling, training, supervising, and offering constructive support to achieve excellent performance and service quality.
- Handle any guest-related issues, especially involving intoxicated individuals, with professionalism and care, promoting safety and respect.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol legislation to protect guests and team members.
