Position Overview

Join our motivated team as a Housekeeper (m/w/d) in the Care-Gastronomy Seniors segment starting from 07.09.2026. This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, typically from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, scheduled according to a duty roster including weekends and holidays, with a five-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare healthy, tailored meals according to the dietary requirements and individual wishes of patients and residents.
• Manage meal distribution efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning procedures and oversee laundry needs and cleaning processes.
• Participate actively in the planning, organization, and implementation of trainings and qualification programs.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a housekeeper or comparable qualification.
• Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality who enjoys working independently while valuing teamwork.
• Friendly, service-minded, and cooperative character.
• Proficiency in German language.
