Your Responsibilities

• Conduct painting tasks, install floor coverings, and assemble furniture
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Maintain the outdoor areas of the property
• Oversee external contractors working on site

Your Profile

• A trade qualification is desirable, such as facility technician, technician, electrician, electronics technician, service technician, painter, carpenter, joiner, or caretaker
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• A keen technical aptitude
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and craftsmanship
• Flexible, dependable, physically resilient, and eager to take on new challenges
