Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable salesperson to join our Hardware Department. You will support customers in making well-informed purchasing decisions through your product expertise and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include driving sales and contributing to departmental success by effectively assisting clients in areas such as ladders, fasteners and fixings, door hardware, packaging and moving supplies, windows, and security products.
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with a natural ability to close transactions
- Positive attitude and dedication to work
- Enthusiasm for learning and self-improvement
- Excellent communication aptitudes
- Familiarity with building materials, previous experience in trade, or an avid interest in DIY projects
