Hardware & Network Engineer

About the Position

Pixel Tech Solution is seeking a Hardware & Network Engineer based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Candidates with qualifications ranging from ITI, Diploma, B.E., to B.Tech are welcome to apply. The role involves hands-on work with security hardware, network setup, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV systems including NVR/DVR and VMS platforms.
• Operate and troubleshoot PTZ cameras, ANPR systems, access control devices, and biometric equipment.
• Manage camera installations ensuring proper setup and operation.
• Perform network-related tasks involving LAN/WAN setups, including working with switches, routers, and Wi-Fi devices.
• Configure and manage VLANs, IP addressing, and cable installations such as CAT6/CAT6A and fiber optics.
• Install and organize rack and patch panels effectively to maintain infrastructure integrity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues diligently to minimize downtime.
• Travel to customer locations as required to provide onsite support and installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational background in ITI, Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech related fields.
• Experience or knowledge of IP CCTV systems and associated technology stacks (NVR/DVR, VMS).
• Hands-on skills with PTZ, ANPR, access control, biometric devices, and camera system setup.
• Fundamental networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, VLANs, IP addressing, and network device configuration.
• Familiarity with cable types such as CAT6, CAT6A, fiber optics, and managing rack & patch panels.
• Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range between Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 25,000 per month.
