Santello Business Consulting has been a leader for over 20 years in providing innovative smart Vehicle Tracking Systems and safety solutions. The company emphasizes cutting-edge devices that allow end users to effectively monitor vehicle location and operational status.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electronic circuit schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using tools such as Altium or OrCAD.
- Develop and rigorously test embedded hardware systems.
- Utilize microcontrollers in hardware development processes.
- Perform hardware debugging and board bring-up activities.
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and Gerber files.
Required Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in PCB and schematic design.
- Experience programming in Embedded C.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, ARM, and 8051 architectures.
- Knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Skilled in hardware debugging techniques.
- Ability to generate BOM and Gerber files.
- Understanding of EMC/EMI principles.
- Awareness of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and the overall design process.
