About the Role

BCC Maintenance & Cleaning is seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to join their team, working across various residential and commercial properties throughout London. The ideal candidate demonstrates pride in workmanship, sharp attention to detail, and the capability to handle diverse maintenance and repair tasks confidently.

Key Duties

• Perform general property maintenance and repair activities
• Carry out basic plumbing and carpentry work
• Handle painting and decorating assignments
• Conduct tiling and grouting tasks
• Assemble and install furniture
• Execute minor electrical jobs
• Repair doors, locks, and ironmongery
• Manage general snagging and remedial work
• Diagnose problems and implement practical solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance, construction, or related fields is mandatory
• Possession of a full UK driving licence is preferred
• Demonstrated professional conduct, dependability, and ability to work autonomously
• High standards of craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail

Additional Information

This is a London-based position offering an annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 according to experience.
