Role Overview
Ramada Resort Golden Beach is looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who is versatile in various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and grounds, identifying and reporting faults, assisting guests when needed, and supporting the maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Upkeep and maintenance of rooms and outdoor grounds.
- Conducting inspections and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Addressing and logging all maintenance-related problems.
- Providing assistance to guests as required.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain professionalism that positively represents the company.
- Strong 'can-do' mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm.
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently with excellent eye for detail.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
