Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Handyman to support our construction operations. This role involves assisting on-site teams with daily activities, helping to resolve deficiencies, and ensuring job sites operate efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling tasks across multiple locations.

Key Duties

• Perform minor repairs and finishing tasks within commercial interiors.
• Help manage punch lists and finalize deficiency corrections.
• Provide support to site teams by undertaking basic construction assignments as required.
• Keep job sites clean and well-organized.
• Carry out straightforward drywall work, patching, painting, and hardware installations.
• Transport materials and tools between sites when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and the construction director.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, ideally within construction, interior design, or related sectors.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for site travel (expenses reimbursed).
• Proven hands-on experience in handyman or construction roles, particularly within commercial environments.
• Proficiency with basic tools and repair practices.
• Strong dedication, dependability, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift and transport tools and materials.
