Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Handy Man to join our team, taking charge of facility upkeep and repairs to maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises through routine cleaning activities.
• Manage commercial cleaning duties as required.
• Quickly respond to maintenance requests raised by staff or management.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance and repairs.
• Experience in cleaning and upkeep of various facility types.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold a clean and safe environment.
