This entry-level position involves cleaning and maintaining gutters, installing guards, and ensuring outstanding customer interactions. The hourly wage is $20 with opportunities to earn commissions. Training is provided to support career growth and potential transition into installation roles.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential gutters effectively
• Install gutter guards as required
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
• Work collaboratively as part of a crew

Requirements

• Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in exterior home improvement, carpentry, or related construction fields is advantageous but not mandatory
• Prior gutter service or installation experience and enthusiasm for gutter work is a plus
• OSHA certification or ladder safety training is preferred
• A good sense of humor and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
