Job description
About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals specializing in automation testing for Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications based in Hyderabad. This position involves a hands-on face-to-face interview scheduled for 10th October 2026. Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and sustain automated test scripts specifically for Guidewire platforms including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
- Execute comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and API testing cycles.
- Ensure thorough validation of Guidewire software modules to confirm they meet business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, software developers, and other project stakeholders to guarantee product quality and delivery standards.
- Conduct detailed defect analysis and root cause investigations to facilitate timely issue resolution.
- Enhance and maintain automation testing frameworks and support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Requirements
- 4 to 9 years of relevant experience with compensation expectations depending on experience level: Up to 12 LPA for 4-6 years, and up to 16 LPA for 6-9 years.
- Essential expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite testing covering PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
- Proficiency in Selenium automation using Java programming language.
- Experience with API testing tools such as REST Assured and Postman.
- Strong skills in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for software development cycles.
- Ability to track and manage defects using JIRA.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing methods.
- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad and ready for the face-to-face interview on the specified date.
- Immediate availability to join is a must.
