Role Overview

Join Center Parcs Longford Forest as a Guest Services Shift Manager, where you will lead the daily functioning of the Guest Services team, offering top-tier care to approximately 4,500 visitors each break. Your role involves coordinating guest arrivals, ensuring seamless operational flow, and handling guest concerns efficiently with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Services activities and arrivals to guarantee smooth daily operations.
• Promptly address and resolve guest complaints while leading, mentoring, and supporting the team members.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and uphold consistently excellent service standards.

Working Hours and Conditions

• Full-time employment with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours in a 4-week span, with potential additional hours based on operational needs.
• Shift schedule includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Receive enhanced pay rates for working on Sundays.
