Role Overview
As a Guest Services Host specializing in Telecommunications, you will serve as the primary representative of our organization, delivering outstanding customer experiences to visitors, clients, and partners. You will oversee front-of-house operations with a focus on communications coordination, guaranteeing warm, professional, and efficient service for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors to ensure a seamless check-in process and create a welcoming first impression.
- Respond to guest inquiries by providing precise and helpful information about services and internal processes.
- Collaborate closely with telecommunications teams and internal departments to fulfill visitor needs.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and communication requests courteously and professionally.
- Keep the reception and guest areas tidy, organized, and ready to welcome guests at all times.
- Provide support for administrative tasks and customer service operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and telephone systems is required.
