Job description
Overview
Narwar Lakefront Resort in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking to fill three Guest Service Associate (GSA) roles: one Captain and two GSAs, alongside a Multitasker position with Barista and Food & Beverage (F&B) service responsibilities. These roles involve delivering excellent guest services through efficient order management, food and beverage service, and maintaining hygiene and operational standards.
Captain Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and record room service orders from guests.
- Inform guests about menu options, availability, preparation times, and related charges.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS or order management system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Keep track of pending orders to guarantee prompt room delivery.
- Handle guest requests, special instructions, and complaints with professionalism.
- Oversee room service equipment, including cutlery, crockery, and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to resort SOPs and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in supervising GSAs during high activity periods.
Guest Service Associate Duties
- Manage guest interactions and provide attentive table service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare tables, clear and reset them as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold service standards in the restaurant area.
- Respond professionally to guest requests.
- Support smooth functioning during peak service hours.
Multitasker Role
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with preference for candidates having prior barista and F&B experience.
- Handle guest orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Assist in daily restaurant or coffee shop operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently.
- Professionally manage guest requests and support the F&B team during busy periods.
- Perform various operational tasks as required to ensure smooth service.

Terms & Conditions
