Guest Relations Host - Arabic Speaker

About the Role

Transguard Workforce Solutions, a leading provider of advanced and comprehensive HR services in the UAE for over a decade, is recruiting a Guest Relations Host who is fluent in Arabic for a prominent client located in Dubai. The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding workplace experience by embodying the organization's values of hospitality, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure pantry, reception areas, and meeting rooms are clean and fully prepared at all times.
• Serve beverages and refreshments to employees and VIP guests professionally.
• Assist with logistics and setup requirements for board meetings and high-profile internal events.
• Maintain hospitality supplies and provide basic administrative and logistical assistance.
• Create and maintain a warm, professional guest environment consistently.
• Act as a Workplace Experience Champion, collaborating to enhance comfort, service standards, and ambiance.
• Deliver personalized hospitality for VIP visitors and guests.
• Support hosting of meetings and events ensuring readiness and smooth hospitality services.
• Represent the Workplace Experience team to ensure guest journeys are exceptional.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational capabilities.
• Proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and dedication to service excellence.
• Previous experience in office support, hospitality, or front-facing customer roles is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
