Guest Relations Executive

Role Summary

The Experience Executive handles comprehensive guest interactions and ensures smooth functioning of store floor activities. This position emphasizes high hospitality standards, efficient guest coordination, ambiance upkeep, and continuous inter-department communication to offer a superior customer journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and facilitate an effortless experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage guest flow, waiting spaces, and movement across the floor to uphold operational effectiveness.
• Direct guests to appropriate areas, counters, or staff according to their needs.
• Maintain the store’s ambiance by managing cleanliness, background music, scent, temperature, and overall presentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Administration, Housekeeping, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Track guest concerns, wait times, and service standards, resolving issues promptly or escalating when necessary.
• Assist with crowd control during busy periods, events, and times of high footfall.
• Update management regularly with operational insights, guest feedback, and observations from the floor.
• Consistently uphold professional appearance, communication, behavior, and represent the brand positively.
