Guest Relations Executive (Russian Speaker)

Role Overview

We are looking for a polished and proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our Dubai-based team. In this client-facing position, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service throughout the entire client experience, ensuring smooth interactions from the first contact through ongoing support. Strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, offering timely and professional support.
• Manage communications with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Clearly and accurately present and explain company offerings to both new and existing clients.
• Keep precise, updated records of client interactions and communications.
• Address client issues or complaints promptly, with empathy and a focus on resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of services.
• Strictly observe company policies while ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience within the UAE, ideally in customer service or client relations roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Possess a discreet, dependable, and customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience engaging with high-net-worth or VIP clients is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to luxury industries such as high-end retail, hospitality, or finance is desirable.

Additional Information

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Monthly Gross Salary: AED 8000.
