Role Overview
The Guest Experience Officer at Jagannath Express Private Limited is responsible for overseeing the complete guest experience within the café. This role involves warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, managing seating arrangements efficiently even during busy times, and ensuring a memorable farewell. The officer embodies the café’s distinctive South Indian hospitality culture, offering guests an authentic and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the full guest journey from entrance to exit.
- Anticipating and addressing guest needs proactively.
- Managing seating plans effectively, particularly during high-demand periods.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior service team members.
- Representing and upholding the warm South Indian ethos of the café to all visitors.
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of professional hospitality experience, demonstrating maturity, strong presence, and sound judgment in managing floor operations.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
