Guest Experience Expert (Executive Lounge Agent)

Position Overview

The Guest Experience Expert at JW Marriott is committed to transcending the standard check-in/out process by crafting a memorable and distinct stay for every visitor. This role involves proactively delivering a spectrum of services that guide guests throughout their entire experience, including operational support, responding to guest requests, managing reports, and highlighting local attractions. The expert is empowered to navigate their workspace and take initiative to meet guest needs seamlessly.

Key Duties and Physical Requirements

The position demands active mobility including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods. It also requires manual handling such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 pounds independently. Responsibilities encompass creating a safe working environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional demeanor through appearance and communication.

Qualifications and Experience

The role requires a minimum education of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. No prior related work or supervisory experience is necessary, nor are licenses or certifications mandatory.
