About the Role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert who speaks Arabic to join our Autograph Collection hotel in Doha, Qatar. This position focuses on creating remarkable and unique experiences for guests beyond simple check-in and check-out processes. The expert takes initiative in delivering a variety of services throughout the guest's entire stay, assisting with operational tasks, handling guest requests, preparing reports, and providing insights about the local area to make each interaction part of an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be actively moving around, assisting guests, and managing operational needs with an emphasis on professionalism and high-quality service. The role requires the capacity to perform physical activities such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 pounds with care. Additionally, adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards are crucial.

Qualifications and Experience

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.). No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is necessary. No specific licenses or certifications are required. Candidates must be committed to supporting a safe work environment, following protocols, and presenting a professional appearance at all times.
