Guest Experience Agent - The Jeddah EDITION

Position Overview

The Guest Experience Agent will handle diverse guest interactions through various communication methods such as telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include managing the telephone switchboard, facilitating guest requests like wake-up calls, forwarding calls accurately, and recording messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage guest needs and concerns promptly ensuring follow-up for satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about room features, hotel amenities, and nearby attractions.
• Process room service orders, respond to menu inquiries, and log transactions within the point-of-sale system.
• Assist guests in accessing internet and in-room entertainment services.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures maintaining cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Greet guests warmly, anticipate and respond to their service requirements, including assistance to differently-abled individuals.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, observe proper telephone etiquette.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared objectives.
• Conform to quality assurance standards and visually verify information with attention to detail.
• Be physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without help.

Additional Functions

Execute other reasonable tasks as delegated by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No licensing or certifications necessary.
