Group CFO

Overview

We are looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer to join a global organisation and provide strategic financial leadership across all operational units. This executive position will oversee governance, financial reporting, treasury management, risk mitigation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks and ensure comprehensive financial reporting standards.
• Manage treasury functions, including foreign exchange and liquidity management on a global scale.
• Oversee risk management practices and enforce compliance with international regulations.
• Collaborate as a commercial partner with executive leadership across operations, sales, and project delivery to drive performance and value creation.
• Support mergers and acquisitions efforts, conduct due diligence, and facilitate the integration of investments.

Required Expertise and Qualifications

• Substantial CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership experience within complex organisations.
• Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), cross-border taxation, and global compliance requirements.
• Proven capability in managing global treasury, foreign exchange, and liquidity resources.
• Hands-on experience with M&A processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Strong commercial acumen in partnering with diverse operational and commercial teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
