Group Accountant

Overview

This role offers a competitive salary up to 2,000 based on experience and is based in Dublin with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Key Responsibilities

• Compile monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with the month-end closing activities.
• Contribute to group consolidation efforts.
• Prepare reporting packs for senior-level management review.
• Support acquisition-related projects and finance system integrations.
• Collaborate closely with divisional and operational finance teams.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified or near qualification ACA or ACCA with around two years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience from practice environments is especially valued.
• Proficient in management accounts and month-end reporting processes.
• Consolidation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial though not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities with the ability to interact effectively within an expanding organization.
