Position Purpose

The Groundskeeper's main duty is to uphold and enhance the physical condition and visual appeal of the apartment community, including grounds, pool areas, and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean grounds and shared community spaces regularly.
• Escort vendors to apartments when required.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to initiate tasks independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
