Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the property's curb appeal is outstanding through daily grounds maintenance and upkeep.
• Conduct daily inspections of the property grounds to spot areas that need improvement.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, including work orders and unit turnover processes.
• Maintain all property equipment to ensure it is operational.
• Familiarize with the property's layout, including equipment locations, pet areas, and pool/spa facilities.
• Regularly inspect the property to remove trash and debris.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of practical experience in general maintenance.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
