About the Role

As a Groundskeeper at Pegasus Residential in Jacksonville, FL, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal and operational excellence across the community. This position involves collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold cleanliness and ensure the environment is welcoming and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks aimed at preserving the community’s standards for appearance and functionality.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and enhance curb appeal including grounds, amenities, exterior building surfaces, leasing offices, parking areas, and other common community spaces.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for incoming residents and carry out resident service requests as assigned.
